Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition.

• All original parts and accessories should be included.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged, is defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll gladly replace or exchange it at no additional cost.

To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, we may ask you to provide photos or a short video showing the problem.

Before Requesting a Return

Many Hungry Cutters products are designed to encourage bilateral coordination and are intended to be used with both hands. If you’re experiencing difficulty using a product, we recommend watching the demonstration video on the product page or contacting us before requesting a return. In many cases, a quick demonstration or troubleshooting tip can resolve the issue.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damaged product, or an error on our part, Hungry Cutters will cover the cost of return shipping.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
